What is the difference between NMRDA and Gram Panchayat plots?
NMRDA plots are legally sanctioned for urban development and eligible for bank loans. Gram Panchayat plots often lack proper urban sanctions and are riskier. We only deal in NMRDA sanctioned layouts.
What is an 'RL' letter and why is it important?
'RL' stands for Release Letter. It is the final permission from the authority (NMRDA) to sell individual plots. Without an RL, you cannot register the plot legally. All our plots come with valid RL.
How much bank loan can I get on a plot?
For NMRDA sanctioned plots, banks typically provide loans up to 70-75% of the agreement value. For composite loans (Plot purchase + Construction), you can get up to 80% funding.
